Svetlana has been involved in athletic activities and training for over fifteen years. Her combined experience as a professional athlete in Freestyle skiing, group fitness and dance aerobics instructor, fitness education manager, weight training and personal trainer enabled Svetlana to become a dedicated fitness professional. 

Svetlana earned a “Master of Sports” in Freestyle skiing, Mogul discipline. She has been a member of the Russian National Freestyle Mogul Team for six years, during which time she has claimed victory in multiple European and Russian Mogul Skiing Championships. From 1997 to 2001, she was honored as Siberia’s best athlete. Her extensive competitive experience has endowed her with a profound comprehension of the essentials for success and goal attainment.

After completing her university studies and post-graduate program in Physical Education and Sports, Svetlana obtained certification as a psychologist. She initiated her fitness journey as a group fitness instructor, swiftly advancing to become the proprietor and general manager of a fitness club in Russia.

Throughout her sports career, Svetlana encountered various challenges, including a vertebral fracture, knee surgery, shoulder dislocation, and multiple concussions. However, her resilience, optimistic outlook, faith, and rigorous training regimen enabled her not only to recover but also to emerge stronger than before.
